Tel Aviv municipality has painted a city-center crosswalk in rainbow colors this week in bid to advertise the upcoming Gay Pride Day.
The sight was photographed and circulated in various media outlets, but then provoked public ire when it was found out that the crosswalk was only painted this way for several hours, and many excited fans who arrived at the scene were disappointed to find it painted white again. Read more.
